Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.


How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address

  • Products you wish to return

  • Date of receipt

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning the goods.


Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging where possible

  • With all included accessories and documentation

  • In a condition suitable for resale

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Products otherwise exempt under applicable consumer protection laws

Where applicable, these exceptions will be clearly indicated before purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
